Just a few from my travels...
Check out these jumpers. They are traditional eskimo summer dresses. When you're in Alaska (or far eastern russia) you'll see many many women sporting them. These are a rather new addition to their culture, brought by missionaries from hawaii of all places.
They are fabulous and often adorned with bits of ric rac.
I wish my local beaches had changing rooms this cool
Vico Equense, Italy, Near Sorrento, just south of Naples, Italy
All along the highways they had these little carts that would serve limoncello made from those big lemons! So cool.
This was so much fun this week! Thanks for hosting Leya!
You rocked the stripes and the plaids. And who gives a hoot about pink anyway?

I'm catching up on my blog reading... and I fell into your color posts. Incredible, delicious, tantalizing photos.
As for that limoncello cart, my mouth is totally watering!

Those coats are fabulous, indeed - they're like adapted muumuus! Sometimes globalization can be pretty fascinating (and pretty).
