week of color: stripes and plaids: present

 
Stripes appear in the most lovely places...

I love these pot holders.  My Mom made them for me when I moved into my first apartment.  And I would be lost without our kitchen towels from Williams Sonoma. These actually DRY dishes....not wipe around the water...

I've posted about my plaid pillows before, but check out the latest addition to our sofa.  I picked up this textile piece in Chile.  It was made by women up in the mountains...I'm hoping to share more about them soon...
